Return & Refund Policy

Approved Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered in 10 days

  1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, an open-box video is mandatory for return or refund. The video must be continuous from the moment you receive the parcel until the product is completely opened (no cuts or edits). Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted without a valid open-box video.

  1. Wrong Product Received

If an incorrect item is delivered, an open-box video is required. After verification, we will process the return, exchange, or refund.

  1. Return Conditions

The product must be returned in unused, unworn, and original packaging. All accessories or free gifts must also be returned.

  1. Return Window

A return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.

  1. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be Credited within 3–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.                                                                                                                                                                         Important Note: Returns or refunds will be accepted only if all the above conditions are met. If any condition is not fulfilled, the return or refund request will not be approved.
